Security, privacy, and the terms that govern how NEHANET is used.
This page summarizes our approach. For a deployment-specific security review — including current infrastructure, encryption, retention, and certification detail — request a review as part of your evaluation.
Security
Access to NEHANET is governed by role, company, region, business unit, and record scope — permissions are part of the operating model, not an add-on. Every user's visibility is scoped before data is ever returned.
Hosted deployments run on infrastructure operated by NEHANET and its infrastructure partners; on-premises deployments run on your own Windows server and Microsoft SQL Server environment, with NEHANET installing and supporting the application layer.
A formal security review — covering architecture and tenancy, encryption and key management, backup and recovery, incident response, and current compliance documentation — is available as part of any commercial evaluation.
- Row-level and record-scope permissions enforced on every retrieval
- Encrypted transport for all application traffic
- Defined backup, retention, and restore-testing practices per deployment
- Named escalation path for security-relevant incidents
Privacy
NEHANET collects the information you provide through forms on this site (such as name, business email, company, and role) to respond to inquiries, schedule demonstrations, and provide the products and services you request.
We do not sell personal information. Information submitted through this site is used to prepare and follow up on your request, and is retained only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
Within the product itself, customer data is governed by your organization's own access controls and by the terms of your agreement with NEHANET — not by this website's privacy notice.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted to us by emailing sales@nehanet.com
- We use standard web analytics to understand site usage; you can control cookies through your browser settings
- Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, or regulated data through public web forms on this site
AI processing notice
NEHANET CRM does not require AI processing of your data to operate. NN AI is a separate, optional product that can reason across CRM, ERP, SQL, report, and document context that you specifically authorize.
When NN AI is enabled, it operates within the permissions already enforced by your CRM, ERP, and document systems — it does not receive data a user isn't already authorized to see, and it is never the system that decides who can access what.
For details on how NN AI processes context, retains evidence, and gates actions, see the NN AI trust documentation on its dedicated site.
Subprocessors
NEHANET works with a limited set of infrastructure and service providers to deliver hosted deployments — for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers. A current subprocessor list, including purpose and data location, is available on request as part of your security review or master agreement.
On-premises deployments run within your own infrastructure, so the subprocessor list applicable to a hosted deployment does not apply in the same way — your own vendor list governs instead.
Terms
Use of the NEHANET product and services is governed by your signed order form and the applicable master services or subscription agreement, not by the content of this marketing website.
Content on this site — including pricing, module descriptions, and integration patterns — is provided for evaluation purposes and is confirmed in your specific quote or order form before it becomes a commercial commitment.
