Trust & legal center.
Where the legal, privacy, security, and AI notices for NEHANET and NN AI live.
Security
Access to NEHANET applications and data is governed by the same application roles, database security, and document permissions your organization already manages. NN AI's agent does not bypass these controls — it is only ever handed the slice of context required for an authorized task. Full architecture detail is available on Security & Governance.
A note on our previous security page: earlier versions of this site referenced legacy hosting infrastructure and the EU–US Safe Harbor framework, which was invalidated in 2015. That content has been retired. Current hosting, encryption, retention, and certification details are provided directly during the security review that's part of every implementation, and will be published here once verified for general publication.
Privacy
NEHANET collects the information necessary to operate the applications your organization licenses and to respond to inquiries submitted through this site, such as demo requests. We do not sell personal information. Data submitted through our forms is used to route your request to the right team and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
For questions about a specific data subject request, contact sales@nehanet.com.
AI Processing Notice
To generate a response, NN AI may send a prompt, uploaded files, relevant business context, and the generated output to one or more approved cloud AI providers, which process this information on our behalf to deliver and secure the service.
- We do not permit AI providers to use customer content to train or improve foundation models unless separately disclosed and authorized.
- Access to underlying business records is determined by your application permissions and database security before information is supplied to a model — the model is not the security boundary.
- Numerical answers are grounded in SQL or calculation evidence where applicable; document-based answers retain source references.
- Continue only if you are authorized to submit the information involved in a given request.
Subprocessors
NN AI may route requests to approved cloud infrastructure and AI-model providers to deliver the service. A current subprocessor list, including AI model providers and infrastructure vendors, is available on request and will be published here as part of our trust-center rollout.

Use of NEHANET applications is governed by the master service agreement or order form executed with your organization. General website terms of use apply to visitors browsing this site who are not yet under a NEHANET agreement. For a copy of current terms, contact your account representative or sales@nehanet.com.
Service Levels
Implementation and support follow a structured methodology, including a defined onboarding path and named support contacts for active customers. Specific service-level commitments are documented in your order form or support agreement.
