I used the NEHANET system to forward a quote to another user. I found the quote went into junk mail. Is there anything I can do on my end to insure they don’t end up in Junk Mail folder?
We use a SMTP Mail Relay Service called "sendgrid.net" to trigger outbound email. Sometimes these emails find their way to the Junk Mail folder. We don't control that.
