The NEHANET Campaign Manager allows you to deliver, track and manage sales and marketing messages to targeted audiences. You can easily create target lists to include customers who bought a certain product, rep firms, distributors, internal teams or web-site visitors that show interest in a particular product. You can also analyze campaign effectiveness by measuring response rates and click-throughs.
Capabilities
Sending Email Campaigns
Sending Email Campaigns in NEHANET is straightforward. You can either select the Campaign from the list of templates, or you can create a new campaign on the fly using the built in HTML editor. You can select the Contacts from the built in Contact search tool, or you can manage the Contact list separately and load it into the Campaign tool. Once you have reviewed and approved the Campaign, you can send it to your target audience with the click of a button.
Measuring Campaign Click Results
Once a campaign has been sent out, NEHANET automatically measures campaign clicks so you can measure and optimize your campaign performance. For example, you can gain insights into which users read the campaign email vs. which users actually clicked on a URL link and went to your campaign landing page.
Managing Campaign Templates
You can create and save Campaign Templates and classify them into different types. This helps you organize and reuse campaign content, and more easily send standardized campaigns to your target audience. For example, you can create Product Change Notification (PCN) campaign templates, or Product Release campaign templates and then reuse them over and over.
