Basic System Setup

NEHANET’s industry specific software solutions are unique in that they are 80% out of the box for the majority of our customers, i.e: most customers can be rolled out by first configuring the software and then loading in their data. We recommend, based on our experience, that you start with the default NEHANET system setup, which has years of experience and industry best practices built in, and evolve and iterate your configuration after a few months of using the system and getting familiar with it’s capabilities.

There is a certain amount of basic system configuration that has to be done before business process specific modules can be configured in NEHANET. Accounts belong to Regions so Regions have to be defined before Accounts can be loaded. Similarly, Users are associated with Roles and Regions so both Regions and Roles have to be setup before Users can be created.
